Deposit -
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. No date will be confirmed without a deposit.
Cancellation -
Please give 24/48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a charge or loss of deposit.
Late arrivals -
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your treatment is shortened or rescheduled.
No show -
Missed appointments without notice will result in a lost deposit and may require pre payment for future bookings.
